$80 credited deposit toward your approved repair.

The 5 Steps of a Repair:

You complete form and show us some pictures.

We'll walk you through what we need, including three clear photos:

• The full garment
• The damaged area
• The damage beside a ruler for scale

Send & Mend customers do not need to measure. We will do that when the garment arrives.

Pick Your Repair

Choose your garment's material to explore the repairs designed specifically for it.

Nothing is repaired without your approval or confirmed order.

You send it to us.

Once your order or deposit is complete, we will send your prepaid shipping label.

Send the garment clean and securely packed. Please, pretty please.

Tracked shipping is included both ways, so you will know where it is in transit.

We fix it.

Once the garment arrives and the repair is approved, we get to work. Most repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks.

We send it back.

When the work is finished, we send the garment home using tracked return shipping.  You enjoy your good deed for fixing something.

Every repair includes a one-year reinforcement guarantee.
