Repair Liability & Terms of Service

Our Repairs are Visible.

We will be using visible stitching techniques to repair your garment, which we believe adds beauty to the garment and makes it unique. However, we appreciate that this is not for everyone. If you are looking for an invisible repair, then this is not the service for you. (Our advice would be to check out your local alterations expert or dry cleaning service).

There's no going back.

We are confident that you will love your repaired piece, however in the unlikely case that you are not happy with the repair, unfortunately, we are unable to return the garment back to its original condition. We will also not be able to refund or replace any items of clothing if you are unhappy with the final result.

Good things take time.

We take pride in everything that we do, in order to deliver the best service, we will aim to have your garment back to you between to 2- 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair.
