5 Steps to a Repair

Complete the online repair form.

The form asks for details about your garment and the damage. Photos are only needed for a free Digital Consult.

Send & Mend customers do not need to measure. We will do that when the garment arrives.

Pick Your Repair

Explore repairs designed for your garment type and then make it yours by choosing the stitch, thread and patching materials.

(Nothing is repaired without your approval or confirmed order.)

Send it to us.

Once your order or deposit is complete, we will send your prepaid shipping label.

Send the garment clean and securely packed.

Tracked shipping is included both ways, so you will know where it is in transit.

We fix it.

Once the garment arrives and the repair is approved, we get to work. Most repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks.

We send it back.

When the work is finished, we send the garment home using tracked return shipping.  You enjoy your good deed for fixing something.

Every repair includes a one-year reinforcement guarantee.
