We are working our way to repairing all natural fibers, but until then, no leather, shoes, or bags.  Find your local cobbler.  They are a must in your care tool kit.

Ultra tight & stretchy is a no go as well.   Thread doesn't stretch and the garment will pucker.  We can usually make relaxed fitting, lightly stretchy denim work with a looser stitch.  Send us an email with pics at hello@surplusatx.com.

Crotch repair is best left to an alterations expert at your local shop (another must inyour care tool kit).  This is best done with darning machine for durability in a high friction area. Invisible isn't bad here, as it will draw the eye.  We do patch bums, all day long; so, shine your shake and let them admire.

The difference between bum & crotch?  Your bum is smiling at your friend from behind your pockets.  The crotch is under you, looking down at mother earth.
